| The Annual Conference of the Canadian Association of Nurses in AIDS Care (CANAC/ACIIS) provides a unique meeting and training opportunity for all nurses interested in the different aspects of HIV/AIDS care. This annual bilingual meeting brings together around 200 nurses and health care professionals from Canada, North America and Europe.
You too can join us at the 9th Annual Conference of CANAC/ACIIS, to be held on April 5 - 7 at the Hilton Québec Hotel in Québec City, Canada. This year’s theme, HIV/AIDS 20 years later: Integrated care for enhanced life will enable participants to share their past experience, present expertise and future vision for the field of HIV/AIDS care. Special emphasis will be given to a subject of concern to many professional and natural caregivers, namely accidental exposure to blood and body fluids. The anticipated speakers at the plenary sessions are all recognized professionals who will be delighted to share their enthusiasm and their knowledge with you. We invite you to come and share your ideas, experiences and research with your colleagues in the field of AIDS care. Lastly, AIDS care nurses and colleagues from Canada and abroad can take advantage of the excellent opportunity provided by the conference to establish new networks, acquire new knowledge and share their expertise with others. | Registration includes participation in all conference activities and the Awards of Excellence dinner and celebrations. Please complete the attached registration form and return it with your payment (cheque or money order). | The annual Awards of Excellence event promises to be a vibrant celebration as we acknowledge the significant contribution of nurses in AIDS care. It offers a unique opportunity to recognize the expertise of AIDS care-givers. The dinner and celebration are included in the registration fee. |

It also as an underground access to the new Convention Centre as well as numerous restaurants and stores. | In 2001, CANAC/ACIIS will be celebrating its tenth anniversary, providing an opportunity not only to review our past activities, but also to celebrate an important milestone for our Association.
