Registration:
Registration includes participation in all conference activities as well as attendance at the Awards of Excellence dinner and celebration. Complete the attached registration form and forward with payment (cheque, money order or credit card information).

Registration Fees:
Early-bird rate $275 for CANAC members; $325 for non-members; $125.00 full- time students (with student card). After March 15, 2004, $300 for CANAC members; $350 for non-members; $150 for full-time students

Conference Venue:
The Toronto Marriott Eaton Centre Hotel is the official site of the 12th Annual Conference. Situated in downtown Toronto at 525 Bay Street, the Toronto Marriott Eaton Centre Hotel is directly attached to the Toronto Eaton Centre and is close to excellent restaurants, live theatre and shopping areas.

Accommodation:
A special rate of $179 single or double has been negotiated for a block of rooms reserved for the conference. To ensure preferred accommodation and rate, book your room early by calling (416) 597-9200 or toll free reservations at 1-800-905-0667 and indicate you are attending the CANAC conference.

Languages:
All plenary and workshop sessions will be provided in English. Abstract presentations will be presented in the language in which they were submitted (English or French).

Awards of Excellence:
The annual awards of excellence event promises to be a vibrant celebration as we acknowledge the significant contribution of nurses in AIDS care. The dinner and celebration are included in the cost of registration. The Awards event is generously sponsored by GlaxoSmithKline in partnership with Shire BioChem.
